Cooking << Click to return to the previous page... This week, Ash finally were able to make the food they had been planning for a long while. Each group had a strict budget of £2.50 per person and they had to design a two-course vegetarian lunch menu that they could cook at school. We were lucky enough to have several willing parents who were able to support our cooking adventures and ensure we were safe and able to enjoy our creations. Everyone enjoyed the experience, and the children learnt a lot about budgeting, meal planning and organising themselves while creating some lovely food. Thanks to all the parent volunteers. |
