Holly (Foundation Stage)

Holly Class enjoyed their session in BeSpace, a place for prayer and reflection. We explored all four different stations, where the children were invited to express with play dough the things that they are thankful for. The used the world map to focus on things affecting the global community and their hopes for the world. In the 'sorry sand' the children were supported to draw what they might feel sorry for and then swish the sand picture away, to represent God's forgiveness. In the light and bubbles area the children were invited to write a post it note about something they would like to change. The children enjoyed the calming experience of the Be Space prayer event.
