Woodlands 2023

Wednesday
Group 1 went caving today and conquered many different challenges both in and out of the caves including some wild swimming. They showed great leadership and teamwork.

Group 2 were at Woodlands climbing and on the high ropes course. The climbing was amazing, and every member of the group reached the top of the wall. They also worked really well as a team to master the high ropes course in super quick time.

Group 3 were canoeing on the canal and had great fun, worked together really well and enjoyed using a canoe as a waterslide at the end. Great supportive teamwork shown all day by everyone/

All in all, another great day definitely helped by a much better night of sleep last night. The food is going down really well too.

Tueday
Groups 1 and 2 went canoeing on the canal today and completed lots of different challenges along the way. Everyone had a fun time and some of us got wetter than others.
Group 3 were caving today, and everybody coped really well under ground, taking on all the challenges along the way and everyone enjoyed the experience.
This evening we are orienteering around the grounds of Woodlands and enjoying the lovely warmth of the evening sun.

Monday
A good first day at Woodlands. Lovely sunshine. Group activities on centre this afternoon team building and problem solving. Lovely walk up through local woods to look out over Brecon Beacons. Hoping to add more pics tomorrow. All finally asleep. Phew!.
