Holly Class have been learning about the Arctic and the animals that live in the north and south poles. They have been learning about the special habitats that these animals live in and how they are adapted to suit the freezing conditions. The children have been using non-fiction texts to help them to
produce some animal fact books. They have already learnt that a polar bear has black skin, an arctic fox has the warmest fur on earth and that an arctic hare can bounce as fast as 40mph!
