Harvest 2020 The rain cleared and the sun shone for our Harvest at School service. Our theme this year was "Wonder and Gratitude" and in class this week, we took some time to think about the things that cause us to wonder and feel grateful for. The children shared their class contributions through art, poetry and prayer. Margaret shared a Harvest message, encouraging us to be thankful for the food we have, for the beautiful earth we care for and for a willingness to share with others so that all will have what they need. A generous food collection was gratefully received from our families, to be given to Besom, a Witney charity supporting families in their time of need. |
