On Tuesday some children from KS2 headed to Witney to take part in the partnership cross country competition. Thankfully the sun was shinning but it was certainly rather chilly so keeping warm was very important. All of the children taking part did an amazing job and Miss Currie and Miss Cuthbertson were proud of them all!Well done to the Under 11 girls who were the overall winners and to the Under 11 and Under 9 boys who came second place. All of these teams will go through to the next stage of the competition. A great run from Tia saw her secure 2nd place in the under 11s' run. Ethan had a strong run and came 3rd in the under 9s. Congratulations to Francis (under 9s) and William (under 11s) who both came 1st in their runs- fantastic running from you both! |
