We have been making bread 'just like the Little Red Hen!' The children had fun mixing the ingredients and kneading the dough and they demonstrated some lovely descriptive language: 'it's stretchy and soft', 'it feels warm and sticky' and 'it's soft and dusty'. We each took some bread home to taste and decided that, unlike the Little Red Hen, we would share ours! Well done Holly Class, you are brilliant bakers!
