Outdoor Learning lessons<< Click to return to the previous page... Today, we began our outdoor learning lessons. We pruned brambles, stinging nettles and a buddleia using secateurs and loppers. We also made a start to clearing some of the duckweed covering he pond and were impressed by the number of tiny creatures we saw while doing this. Each group also learned about why plants produce berries and how birds are involved in the process of seed dispersal which led to the inevitable topic of poo!    |
