| Gallery 2021-2022 << Click to return to the previous page... 1950s Day for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee Well done for the fantastic effort on the costumes Oak Class! You looked fantastic. Our topic next term is a continuation of Britain Through The Decades, with a new focus on British life in the decades the 1950s to the 1990s. This timed perfectly with our Platinum Jubilee Celebration as the Queen was crowned in 1953! We listened to 50s music whilst we researched and learned out about important dates of the decade as well as home and work life, population, technology/inventions and popular culture.
